• manage your personal Peppertree Homeowner's Account

• pay your HOA dues through Bank Draft (due on or before APRIL 1^st each year)
• view and download Peppertree documents (Covenants, By-Laws, Newsletters, etc.)
• view the Peppertree HOA budget and expenses in real-time
• contact the board with any questions, comments, concerns, or suggestions

In addition to this site, the best way to stay connected with all that's happening in Peppertree is by checking out our public website, www.peppertreehoa.us, and by joining our FACEBOOK page (click LIKE so you get our updates).  The Peppertree public website (www.peppertreehoa.us) has lots of important information, news about events, the pool, how to rent the clubhouse, and so much more.  Our Facebook page is where we post urgent or critical news, such as the pool is closed for a repair, or a tree just fell in the road blocking one of our streets, or someone lost a dog, etc.  It's also a great way to have open conversations with other homeowners and the HOA board.  On Facebook, we post pictures, share the latest news around the neighborhood, and promote events easily through this page.  Click "LIKE" on our page, and you'll stay connected.  On Facebook, search Peppertree HOA.

TO LOGIN:

 - If you have already set up your account, enter your e-mail address and password in the RESIDENT SIGN IN section to the right.

 - If this is your first time logging in and you just recieved a Welcome E-mail  from us, then in the RESIDENT SIGN IN section to the right enter the e-mail address you gave to us, along with the temporary password assigned to you in the e-mail.  You will be immediately asked to change your password – be sure to choose something you can remember because the board does not have access to your password.  It can, however, be reset at any time should you forget it.

>> For new homeowners:  your account must first be set up by the administrator of this site, so if you have not recieved a Welcome E-mail, click on the CONTACT US link in the green bar at the top of this page and send us a message telling us who you are, your property address, your contact e-mail and phone #, the date you purchased your property, and we'll get your account setup and send you the information needed to get started as a new homeowner here in Peppertree.  We welcome you!
